EduPuzzle — account & data deletion

African Eyeball Technology Ltd operates the EduPuzzle app. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Use one of the following:

1. In the app (when available): Open EduPuzzle → Settings (or your profile area) → use the account / data deletion option if shown.
2. By email: Send a request from the email address tied to your EduPuzzle account to info@africaneyeballtech.com with subject line: EduPuzzle account deletion request. Include the email you use to sign in so we can verify ownership.

What we delete

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account where we are not required to retain it by law. This typically includes profile fields (such as name and contact details stored in our systems for the app), activity tied to your user ID, and authentication identifiers that allow the account to be used again in the same form.

What we may keep

• Aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you.
• Records we must keep for tax, fraud prevention, legal claims, or regulatory obligations (retained only as long as required).
• Store / payment records held by Google Play or other payment processors under their own policies (we do not control those dashboards).

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period (often within 30 days), unless a longer period is required by law or dispute resolution.
